Q: What's Included in a real estate shoot?
Crisp interior and exterior photos, plus optional drone footage and video walkthroughs. Check our pricing page for what each package includes, or call 808.557.4956 and we’ll match a package to your property
Q: Does SpinPhysics have at least one certified and insured drone operator?
Yes. SpinPhysics meets the requirements for commercial UAS drone operations by having operators required to have current FAA Part 107 UAS Certifications.
Q: How do agents and/or sellers prepare for a photo shoot?
Site preparation is very important. The basic rule of thumb is to show only accessories like artwork and furniture. Personal items, such as bathroom paraphernalia, trash containers, kitchen pots and pans are examples of what NOT to show. This will help sell the house much faster than it otherwise would. A list is available for download. Contact SpinPhysics by sending an email to info@spin-physics.com if you would like a copy.
Q: How long until I get my images?
We typically provide images through a dedicated portal assigned to you the same day or early next day.
Q: Are images ready for MLS when delivered?
Yes, and delivery also includes high definition images in case they’re needed, available on a dedicated portal for exclusive use by the agent.
Q: Is Zillow Showcase supported?
If an agent has created a Zillow Showcase account and requests it, yes. We can also provide Zillow 3D walkthroughs and floor plans upon request, which is recommended by Zillow to boost your entry.
Q: Can you offer aerial video and image content using a drone?
If requested, yes. We are known for creating cinematic quality hybrid video content that includes real-estate interior ground and aerial video that can include voiceovers and royalty-free music.
Q: How do you provide images and videos to agents?
We offer a delivery portal dedicated to each agent when creating and account through SpinPhysics. Agents can create a no cost account through the Contact US page. A credit card is not required to create an account.
Q: Do you offer twilight photography?
Yes, upon request. Check our real estate services costs and packages.
Q: Do you offer video walk throughs?
Yes, upon request. This can be completed with either a fly-through drone, a video camera with commercial stabilizer, or both. Fly-through videos are especially helpful when providing services for a large residence or commercial building, such as a hotel entrance way.
Q: Do you offer marketing materials, such as flyers and social media cards for print.
Yes, either by request or automatically through the Platinum Package. The Platinum Package also allows agents to create and edit flyers and social media cards through the portal if desired.
